Abstract：Atpresent，Chinaisonanewjourneyofvigorouslypromotingandbuildingasocialistculturalpower，butrural areasarefacingpracticaldificultiessuchasthelackofmainstrengthofculturaldevelopment，shrinking livingspace，and shortcomingsinorganizationalgovemance.AsatheoreticalsummaryofthepracticalexperienceofthePartysleadershipin culturalconstructioninthenewera，XiJinping ThoughtonCulturecontainsaseriesof majorinnovativeviews.Amongthem， uniqueinsightsandprofoundthoughtsonruralcultureandfarmingcivilizationclaifythepoliticaldirection，buildasolid fundamentalstance，andtemperthevalueconotationandindicatethedirectionofactionfortherevitalizationofruralculture. Therefore，wemustgivefullplaytotheleadingroleofXiJinping ThoughtonCultureinpromotingtherevitalizationofrural culture，adheretohepeoplecenteredaproach，andstrengthenthemaiforceofruralculturalrevitalization；adheretoitegrity andinovation，ndreconstructthelivingspaceofruralculture;andadheretothePartysculturalleadership.Right，continueto promoteruralculturalgovernance;writeanewchapterintheeraofruralculture，andpavethewayfortheprosperityand prosperity of Chinese culture.
