茶产业发展视域下贵州职业院校教学改革路径研究

Abstract：BoththeteaindustryandvocationaleducationinGuizhouareshowingavigorousdevelopmenttrend，andthe integrateddevelopmentoftheteaindustryandvocationaleducationinGuizhouisiresistible.Bydeeplyanalyzingtheintemal logicoftheintegrateddevelopmentoftheteaindustryandvocationaleducation，clarifingthecuentsituationandadvantagesof theteaindustryinGuizhou，facinguptothedificultiesandproblemsexistingincurrentvocationaleducationandteaching，a seriesof practical teachingreformpathsareexplored，suchasoptimizing theprofessonal setupandcurrculumsystem， strengtheningprofesioalpracticalteacinganingeonstructioofeeacingstaffanddeepeingeshlteise cooperationmechanism.Theaimistoimprovethetalentcultivationqualityofagriculture-relatedandtea-relatedmajorsin Guizhouvocationalcolleges，meethediversifiedneedsoftheteaindustryforhig-qualitytechnicalandskilledtalents，and promote the high-quality development of the economic society in Guizhou.
