Abstract：Atpresent，theRuralRevitalizationStrategyisatacriticalstageofdevelopment，andthedemandfortalentsin "agriculture，uralareasandruralresidents"isgrowing.However，itisnoteworthythatgraduatesofagriculturerelatedcoleges anduniversitiesaregenerallyreluctanttofindemploymentinthecountryside，whichreflectstheshortcomingsofagriculturerelatedcollegesanduniversitiesincultivatingfelingsabout"agriculture，ruralareasandruralresidents".Inordertosolvethis problem，thispaperdiscuesindepthhowtointegratethescholhistoryresourcesofagriculturaluniversitiesintothecultivation processof"agriculture，ruralareasandruralresidents"felings.Throughin-depthanalysisofthecurrenteducationdilemma，it putsforwardinnovativestrategies，includingbuldingascholhistoryworkandcuiculumideologicalandpolicalcoaborative education mechanism，as well as a deep integration strategy driven by student participation.
