Abstract：Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofruralrevitalization，China’svastruralcommunities havetakenonacompletely newlook，andthematerial，spiritualandculturalneedsofruralresidentshavealsoincreasedandbecomeincreasingly diversified.Tothisend，theauthorusedon-sitevisits，questionnires，literatureresearchandothermethodstoinvestigatend analyzethesocialserviceneeds，developmentdificulties，andexistingsocialserviceresourcesofruralcommunitiesin Chuxiong YiAutonomousPrefecturearoundtheimplementationoftheruralrevitalizationanddevelopmentstrategy，andproposedtherural areasof Chuxiong YiAutonomousPrefecture.Communitysocial serviceplatform-theoverall frameworkof thePartyBuilding SocialServicePlatform，andproposedsevenbasicconstructionpathsugestionsincludingpartybuildingleadership，front-line actions，profesionalsupport，anddigitalactivationThisplatformpromotestheealthyoperationandcoodinatedeveopentof rural communities in Chuxiong Prefecture and helps rural revitalization.
