Abstract：Givingfullplaytotheadvantagesoflocalcharacteristicresources，continuouslypromotingindustrialintegration andupgrading，andfomingnewbusinessfomatsarethegeneraltrendsintherevitalizationofruralindustries.Theintegrationof theteaindustryandthetourismindustryitselfhasnaturaladvantages.Inrecentyears，XinyangCityhasreliedonhigh-quality tearesourcestoorganicallycombinetheteaindustryandthetourismindustryto"promotetourismwithteaandpromoteteawith tourism"，andhasachievedremarkableresults.Itnotonlyenhancestheaddedvalueoftheteaindustrybutalsoimprovesthe culturaltasteofthetourismindustryenrichingtheconotationandextensionofthetwo.Astheintegrationanddevelopment continuestodeepen，problemsalsoarise.Thispaperaimstoanalyzethecuentsituationandproblemsoftheintegrated developmentofteatourismin Xinyang City，andprovidecountermeasuresandsugestionsforthedeepeningandhigh-quality developmentofteatourismindustryintegrationinXinyang，topromoteindustrialrevitalizationandupgradinginruralareas， achieveorganicintegrationofregionalresources，inovatetheoriginalindustrialdevelopmentmodelandpromotecodated development of social economy.
