Abstract：Asanunderdevelopedarea，Guangxihasalowlevel ofruralcolectiveeconomicdevelopment.Thispaper systematicallyanalyzesthefactorsthatrestrictthedevelopmentofGuangxisnewruralcolectiveconomy，summarizestheain developmentmodelsofGuangxi'snewruralcollectiveeconomy，andproposesinnovativepracticalpathsfromaspectssuchas mechanismconstruction，policysupport，standardizedmanagement，strengtheningsupervision，andbuildingadevelopment community，aiming tosolvethedevelopmentproblemsofGuangxi'sruralcollctiveeconomyandprovideusefulreferencefor Guangxi's rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization.
