Abstract：TherearemanybotlenecksinthedevelopmentofruraltalentsundertheRuralRevitalization Strategy，suchas difiultyinintroduingtalentsnsufienttrainingsystemsseriouslosss，porevelopentenvioentandlackofinetive mechanisms.Theseproblemsalldirectlyrestrictthegoalofuralrevitalization.Thearticlefocusesonthebotleneckproblemof ruraltalentdevelopment，analyzesitsspecificmanifestationsandcauses，andputsforwardcountermeasuressuchasimproving talentintroductionpolicies，improvingthetalenttrainingsystem，improvingthedevelopmentenvironment，innovatingicentive mechanismsandstrengtheningserviceguarantes.Itisexpectedtohavecertain theoreticalsupportandpracticalguidancefor promoting rural revitalization.
