Abstract：Theconstructionofnewagriculturalsciencehaspointedoutanewdirectionforthecultivationofagriculturaland forestrytalentsinChina.Asalocalaplication-orientedagriculturaluniversityweshouldtakeservingthelocaleconomyasthe startingpointandexploreatalenttrainingmodelbasedonthedevelopmentofregionalagriculturalcharacteristics.Thispaper takestheProfessionalApprentice/Studymajorinappliedbiologicalsciencesasanexample，followstheOBEconceptoptimizes thecurrculumdepartmentandcontent，andexploresandpracticesthethree-integratededucationmodelof"talenttraining + （2 teacher scientific research + industrial needs"，aiming to cultivate practical and innovative "new farmers"who know and love agriculture.
