Abstract：Inaneraofinformationexplosionandrapidchangesinthemediaenvironment，theimportanceof science popularizationbases hasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Changde VocationalandTechnicalCollge'sPeach BlosomGermplasm ResourcesHunanProvinceSciencePopularizationBasevividlypresentsscientificknowledgetothepublicthroughexhibitions， experimentsandinteractions，stimulatescuriosityandcreativity，andbecomesanimportantplatformforimprovingthepublic's scientificliteracyandcultivatinginnovativecapabilies.Byanalyzingtheinteralandexteralenvironmentofthebase，this paperfindsthatithasacompleteorganizationalstructure，richhumanresources，suffcientresourcealocationandstrong inovationcapablitesInordertocopewithchallengessuchasinsufficentapplicationofnewtechnologies，insufficientbrand promotion，andompetitioninemergingsiencepopularizationservices，thispaperproposesawinwinstrategyoftechological inovatioandcooperation，aimingtoenhancetheinfluenceandsustainabledevelopmentcapabilitiesofthebase，andcontribute to the science popularization cause of Hunan Province and even the whole country.
