Abstract：Thecapacityof power transformers isan important index reflecting thecapacityofcarrying loads.Accurate capacityevaluation is thebasis of ensuringreliable power supply.In the fieldof industrial electricityinour country， the two-partelectricitypricesystemis mainlyadopted，which divideselectricitypriceinto twoparts，including basic electricity priceand electricityconsumption price.The paper introduces theapplicablepowertransformer range，testing conditions and testitems in GB/T35710-20l7.Basedontheexperimentalverification，the paperconductsadetailed analysis and demonstrationonthe methodofcombining the windingresistancemeasurement，loadlossand short-circuit impedance，no-loadlossandtemperature rise tests incapacity evaluationof power transformers.Thepaperanalyzes the limitationofthetwomethods：thecomparisonofno-loadlossandloadloss values withnationalstandardvaluesand the capacity evaluation based on the corresponding relationship between short-circuit impedanceand capacity.
