Abstract：Thispapertakestheestablishmentofthestandardizationinovationdemonstrationcountyatthelevelofautonomous regioninKailucountyinInerMongolia’s Tongliaocityasanexample.Itdiscuses the practicalpathtorealizethe highqualitydevelopmentofcountyeconomybyestablishingand perfecting thestandardssystem forindustrialchains，optimizing the ndustrialstructure，promoting thecoordinateddevelopmentofindustries，strengtheningbrandbuildingandpromotingdata application.Itis foundthatKailucountyintegratesresourcesbythe“standardization+”mode，andbuildsastandards system ofthewholeindustrialchainfocusingonthfiveleadinglocalindustriesoforn，eddriedpepper，beefcatleabappleas well as cultureandtourism.Kailuhasestablishedaclosed-loopchainoftheintegrationanddevelopmentofwhole industries， whichimprovesthequalityfproductsndservices，romotes thesstaiabledevelopmentofindustries，sgnifcantlyprovs productioneffciencyandmarketcompetitivenessandplaysakeyroleinthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofcountyeconomy.This paper provides the experienceof“Kailu mode”forthe high-qualitydevelopmentofcountyeconomyinotherregions.
