Abstract:ISO/TR 32123:2024, Transaction assurance in E -commerce-After-salesservices,wasofficiallyapprovedand published inDecember2024.It provides informationonthenatureof after-salesservicesunique toE-commerce transactions. Itisareviewofcurrentpracticesacrossdiferentplatforms,anaalysisoffactorsthatimpactqualityofafter-salesservices inE-commerce transactions,andadescriptionofposible means toenhanceafter-salesservices.This paper introducs the background,eveloptprocssnditerpetsteitentoftedocumntinetailsoatserscaneterertr adopt this international standard.
