Abstract:Hydrogen energy,asacrucial componentof thenewenergysystem,playsasignificantrole inreducing greenhouse gas emissions and achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as soon aspossble.Hydrogen embritlementcan happen when metal materialsare exposed to high-pressure hydrogen environments.Therefore,the storageandtransportationofhydrogenhavebecomeacriticallink inthedevelopmentof the hydrogen energy industry chain.This paper studies the standards forhydrogen environment compatibility tests of metallic materials exposed to high-pressure hydrogen at home and abroad.It focuses oncomparingand analyzing the differences in various testing methodsathomeandabroad,andsummarizes theshortcomingsofnational standards interms ofthe basis forevaluating testresults.Thefindingsprovidevaluablereferences forhydrogenenvironmentcompatibilitytestsofmetallic materials exposed to high-pressure hydrogen.

氢能是一种来源丰富、清洁低碳的新型能源,加快氢能产业发展是助力中国实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的重要路径[1,《氢能产业发展中长期规划(2021一2035年)》明确了氢能是用能终端实现绿色低碳转型的重要载体,2024年11月,《中华人民共和国能源法》正式发布,首次将氢能明确纳入能源管理体系。(剩余4752字)
