Abstract：Thispaper focuses onthecustomerdemand-drivenstandardizationofsmart watersupplyservices，discusses the concepts，scope，andevaluationsytemoftandardizationfwatersupplyservicesandanalyesthecharacteristicsofustomer demands basedonspecificdata.Bycomparing nationalstandardswithlocalstandards （e.g.hanghai，Shenzhen，Jiangsu）， thepaperreveals thediffrencesand progressinwatersuplyservice standardizationacross diferentregions.Thepaperputs forward strategies forcustomerdemand-driven standardization，including in-depth stdyofcustomerdemands，constructing standard system，developmentofservice workflows，improve the smartinformationsystem，establishmentoffeedback mechanisms，andcontinuousoptimizationofserviceexperiences.The findings demonstratethatstandardizing wateruply services notonlyimprovesservicequalityandmarketcompetitiveness forwatersupplyenterprises，butalsosafeguards the legitimate rights and interests of consumers， promoting the sustainable development of urban water supply.
