Abstract:Thispaper focuses onthecustomerdemand-drivenstandardizationofsmart watersupplyservices,discusses the concepts,scope,andevaluationsytemoftandardizationfwatersupplyservicesandanalyesthecharacteristicsofustomer demands basedonspecificdata.Bycomparing nationalstandardswithlocalstandards (e.g.hanghai,Shenzhen,Jiangsu), thepaperreveals thediffrencesand progressinwatersuplyservice standardizationacross diferentregions.Thepaperputs forward strategies forcustomerdemand-driven standardization,including in-depth stdyofcustomerdemands,constructing standard system,developmentofservice workflows,improve the smartinformationsystem,establishmentoffeedback mechanisms,andcontinuousoptimizationofserviceexperiences.The findings demonstratethatstandardizing wateruply services notonlyimprovesservicequalityandmarketcompetitiveness forwatersupplyenterprises,butalsosafeguards the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, promoting the sustainable development of urban water supply.
