地方标准立项质量提升途径研究

Abstract：Thedevelopmentoflocalstandardsisanimportanttaskoflocalstandardizationwork.Projectapprovalevaluation is the“gateway”of standards development.Doingagoodjob inprojectapprovalevaluationoflocalstandardscannotonly improvetheualityflocalstandardsdevelopment，butalsoehancetheuthority，ientificityndaplicabilityoflocal standards.Basedonstatisticaldatafromtheevaluationoflocalstandardprojectapproval，thispaperanalyzes theformalreview suchasthecompletenessofapplicationmaterialsandthelegality（compliance）of procedures，andthe technical evaluationof standardscontent.Itsummarizesandanalyzescommonproblems，andprovides specificsuggestions，toimprove theualityof local standard projects.
