Abstract：Power bateriesareacorecomponent forthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofnew energy industry.Its standardizationworkisnotonlythefoundationofindustrialdevelopment，butalsoakeylinktoensureproductqualityand safety.Thispaperdiscuss theconstructionofthestandardssysteminthefullifecycleofpowerbateriesbysortingoutthe currentstatusofandadsatoandbroad，clarifeteechnologicalevelopmenttrend，ointsouttheallgsn putsforwardsuggestionsandmeasures，whichisofgreatpracticalsignifcanceandgudingvalueforpromotingthesustainable development of the whole industrial chain and the fullife cycle of power batteries.
