Abstract：This paper studies thekey performance parameters of pneumatic balistic shock wave therapy equipment.In accordancewiththecurrentstandards，theenergystabilitypenetrationdepth，andpulsewidthofextracorporealshock wave therapy devices were tested，and various experimental methods were compared.Theresults indicate thatthe energy stabilitymeasurement methodinthecurrent standards hasobvious faws，whichfails toaccuratelyandreliablyreflectthe stabilityof products.Moreover，thedeterminationofpenetrationdepth is susceptible totheperformanceofthe measuring equipment，andthepulsewidthisrelatedtotheproductcharacteristics，making itdiffcultforthedefnitionsinthecurrent standards tobeapplicable toallproducts.Therefore，tobettercontroltheperformanceandqualityofpneumaticballstic shock wave therapy equipment， it is imperative to improve and optimize the existing standards.
