Abstract:Theobromacacao isoneofthethree majorbeverage cropsinthe world.Asarawmaterialforchocolate,cocoa is widelyusedinfodprocessing,developmentoffunctional healthproductsandotherfields.Ithashighcomprehensive utilizationvalueandhugeindustrialdevelopmentpotential.Standardizationisanimportantlinkforthedevelopmentofcocoa industry.This papersummarizesthecurrenttatusofdevelopmentandrevisionofcocoastandardsanditsstandardssystemin China,analyzes themain problemsinthecurrentstandardssystemforcocoa,andproposessuggestionsonstrengthening the constructionofcocoa standardssystemforfurtherimprovement.Itaims tofacilitate thedevelopmentofstandards systemfor the industry,and provide areference for standardizing the industrial development of cocoa.
