标准化支撑乡村振兴共同富裕实践研究

——以杭州为例

Abstract：This paperisbasedonthepracticalexperiencesoflocal standardization in Hangzhou，Zhejiangprovince.By delineatingthree standardization-drivenprojects—enhancing thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofcharacteristicagricultural productsintheDaxiajiangregionofChun'an，realizingruralcommonprosperitybythe“ZhongtaiBamboo Flute”，and empowering theShilinsun-driednoodleindustry—itdeeplyanalyzes theproblems existinginstandardizationsupportingrural revitalizationandcommonprosperity.Itfurtherputsforwardcorrspondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions fromtheaspects of scientificallyonstructingastandardssystem，aceleratingstandardsdevelopment，andstrengtheningariculturaltalent training.Itis expected topromoteChina’sruralrevitalizationbystandardizationand providereferenceforcommonprosperity.

2021年，浙江被中央赋予高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的光荣使命，《中共中央国务院关于支持浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的意见》中指出，支持浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区，有利于通过实践进一步丰富共同富裕的思想内涵，有利于探索破解新时代社会主要矛盾的有效途径，有利于为全国推动共同富裕提供省域范例，有利于打造新时代全面展示中国特色社会主义制度优越性的重要窗口。（剩余3987字）
