Clinical Application of Standardized “Internet + Continuous Care" Pathway in Patients with Chronic Gastrointestinal Ulcer

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical application of standardized“Internet + continuous care”pathway in patients with chronic gastrointestinal ulcer. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic gastrointestinal ulcer admited to Haimen District Yuelai Town Center Health Center of Nantong City,Jiangsu Province from May 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 50 cases in each group. Standardized“Internet+continuous care”was applied tothe study group,while routine care was appliedto the control group.Health behavior questionnaire,total efectiverate and total patientsatisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results: Afterthe intervention,the health behavior questionnaire scoreof the study group was higher thanthat of thecontrol group,thetotal efective rateof the study group was higherthan thatof the control group,and the total satisfaction of patients of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P
