Research on Pressure Pipeline Inspection Methods Based on Nondestructive Testing Technology

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the pressure pipeline inspection methods based on nondestructive testing technology,analyzes the current situation ofthe establishment of nondestructive testing system standards for pressure pipelines athomeand abroad,discusses theimportantroleof standardization intheconstructionof technical management system,and preliminarily constructs a standardized management system for nondestructive testing technology of pressure pipelines.Through the formulation of quality manuals,standards documents and operational standards,thestandardizationandconsistencyoftheinspectionprocessareensured,andtheaccuracyandtraceability ofthe inspectionare enhanced.Further,this paper proposes effective measures to validate and improve the technical system,includinginternalauditing,fedback mechanism,personneltraininganddocumentmanagement,inorderto adaptto the ever-changing market demandsand technological progres.Study shows that the establishmentofa sound nondestructive testing technology system not only improves the safetyand reliabilityof pressure pipelines,but also promotes the technological progress and standardization of the industry.
