Abstract：Based on thecompetence theory and teachers’digitalliteracy standards，this paper constructsadigital literacy gyro model according to thegyro shape，which covers five dimensions： multiple knowledge，applied skills， psychological qualitymoral ethics and professional development.Basedonthe backgroundof digital construction in basic education，it proposes targeted cultivation paths： Optimizing the suply of digital resources and expanding knowledge scenarios; Strengthening digital trainingand providing diferentiated support;Attaching importance to the cultivation of digital awarenessand broadening the channels for cultivation.
