DING Weiping1YANG Jinzhong²LIWenjie1LIU Fenglian1 KANG Lin1 （1.Binzhou Inspection and Testing Center; 2.Yangxin County Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center） Abstract： Inordertostandardizetheinspectionofanionic syntheticdetergentsindisinfectedtablewareand promote thehealthy andbenigndevelopmentof thecateringindustry，thisarticlesystematicallyanalyzesthejudgmentandinspectionstandardsfor anionic syntheticdtergentsindisinfectedtableware inChina.Researchindicates thatecurrntnationalfodsafetystandards fordisinfectedtablewarehaveexcessvelyhighrequirements foranionicsyntheticdetergents，leading toahighrateof noncompliance intherandominspectionofdisinfectedtablewareandafectingthenormaloperationofrestaurants.Differentesting institutinshavediferentunderstandingsofsomeaspectsofthemethylenebluespectrophotometrymethod，whichisneofthe testing methods，andtheamountofsample solutionused during actual testing is inconsistent.Inlightof the actual situation in China，it issuggestedthatthe nationalstandardforfoodsafetyofdisinfectedtablewareshouldberevisedassoonasposible， therequirementsforanionicsynthticdetergentsshouldbelowered，theinspectionmethodsshouldbeupdated，andtherelevant content of methylene blue spectrophotometry should be more clearly stipulated.
