行为改变轮理论视角下的高校翻转课堂模式优化研究

摘要:自引入翻转课堂以来,一直存在学生参与积极性不高的问题。文章以行为改变轮理论为分析框架,运用深度访谈及主题分析方法全面识别影响学生参与翻转课堂的影响因素,并将其映射至行为来源变量,再根据行为来源与干预功能间的对应关系,从硬件环境、教师能力和学生品质三方面提出翻转课堂模式优化的具体路径。

Research on the Optimization of Flipped Classroom Mode in Univer-sities from the Perspective of Behavior Change Wheel Theory

Abstract:Since the introduction of flipped classroom,there has always been a problem of low student participation enthusiasm.The ar-ticle takes the theory of behavior change wheels as the analytical framework,uses in-depth interviews and thematic analysis methods to comprehensively identify the influencing factors that affect students’participation in flipped classrooms,and maps them to behavior source variables.Based on the corresponding relationship between behavior sources and intervention functions,specific paths for opti-mizing the flipped classroom model are proposed from three aspects:hardware environment,teacher ability,and student quality.
