Abstract： Research has found that computer application basics in medical practice face problems including： general and traditionalcomputer application basics，insufficient support for medical practice;The basic contentof computer application in medical and nursing professions is insuficient，and medical and nursing staff have weak interest in learning; There is alack ofbasic medical practice cases in computer applications，and the integration of theoryand practiceis insufcient.Reform ideas forcomputerapplication fundamentals： enrichthecontentofcomputer application fundamentals and add more practical skils; Strengthen the integration with medical practice and explore the addition of specialized chapters on medical practice; Exploring new models of computer application based medical teaching， integrating deep chemistry and application.
