Improving the Accuracy of Medical Record Homepage Coding Based on Information Technology

Abstract： The widespread application of DIP in the medical and health field requires high accuracy in the coding of medical record front pages.Itis necessary to fully consider the impactof information technology，use information technology to improve the accuracy of medical record front page coding，and promote hospital management work to a new level.Thisarticle briefly discusses the relevant concepts of DIPand medical record homepage，analyzes the impact ofinformation technology on improving the accuracy of medicalrecord homepage coding，as wellas the main types and causes ofcoding erors in medical record homepage under the application of information technology.Based on this，several effectivecountermeasures and suggestions are proposed，aiming to effectively leverage the advantages of information technology， ensure the completeness，accuracy，and standardization of medical record homepage coding，and comprehensively improve hospital management and service levels.
