Technical Optimization of Electric Rolling Shutter Door Control System for Anti-Freezing Shed of Converter Valve in Cold Regions

Abstract: In cold regions,the anti freezing shed of theconverter station is an important facility to ensure the stable operation of equipment in winter. As the world's first ±800kV high-voltage converter station with a transmission capacityof10obillion kilowats,the control methodof theanti freezing shed electric rolling shuter doorat the Ximeng converter station has problems such as cumbersome operation,delayed response,and insuficient accuracy, which affect operational efficiency.This article proposes anoptimization solution basedonPLC technology toaddress the shortcomings of existing systems: through hardwareupgrades,automated control logic design,and enhanced fault monitoring functions,remote and intellgent control of rolling shutter doors canbe achieved.The optimization plan has improved the automation and reliabilityof the system,enabling the rolling shutterdoor to dynamically adjust according toreal-time temperature,significantlyenhancing operational efficiency,safety,andintellgent management level.The research aims to provide technical support and practical experience for the inteligent operation and maintenance of converter stations in cold regions.
