Exploration of the Digital Construction Path of Video Conferencing to Enhance the Efficiency of Government Services

Abstract： The government departments in China have a wide coverage of administrative work and diverse service targets，so they often face the problem of manpower shortage.Many staf members need to endure high-intensity and long-term work pressure in their actual work， which leads to low efficiency in government service work and a certainlag in feedback tothepublic.Inthecontextoftherapid developmentof the Internet，peoplearedeeplyaware of the powerofchange brought about by information technology，and expect thatthe Internet can bedeeply integrated with government services，soas to enhance the service abilityof the government system.Videoconferencing，as a solutionthat meets the needs of government meetings，has become one of the keysystems for promoting government informationization.Based on this，this article focuses on the importance and application value of government video conferencing in the construction of digital government. It then proposes the advantages of video conferencing technology in empowering government services，and finall proposes a digital construction path forvideo conferencing based on government service eficiency from multiple perspectives，hoping to provide some reference for theoretical research and practice in related fields.
