Application of Beidou-3 Short Message Communication in Shanghai Marine Monitoring

Abstract： This article developed the Beidou-3 short messge communication protocol and communication equipment integration method based on the communication requirements of Shanghai's marine monitoring data，and conducted experimental applications at five buoy stations.According to the analysis of the operation situation， the average smoothness rate of the 5 stations has been improved by 22.37% ，achieving the expected effect.
