Research on the Impact of Disastrous Weather Processes Based on Data Analysis on the "12121" Scale
-Taking the Catastrophic Weather Process in Jiangxi Province from 2020 to 2022 as an Example WUYuan,LUOYing,WUFan,TAOKai Meteorological Service Center of Jiangxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau,Nanchang 33oo96, China)
Abstract:This article takes the catastrophic weather process in Jiangxi Province from 202O to 2022 as the background, and studies its impactonthe "12l21" hotline dialing.Disastrous weather is divided into fourcategories: rainstorm and severe convection, high temperature, heavy fog and cold air,and relevant dataare qualitatively and quantitativelystudied through logical analysisand trendanalysis.Theresults show that diferent types of disastrous weather have different impacts on "12121"callvolume: rainstorm, severe convection, fog, cold airand other weather significantlyafect travel and work, makingthecallvolume increasesignificantly; However, the downward trendof high temperature weather shows a decreasing trend year by year and is relatively low. This indicates that catastrophic weather has deepened the public's dependence on meteorological services, leading to changes in weather patterns. Based on this, suggestionsare proposed to optimize the "12121" meteorological service, including addinga special topic oncatastrophic weather, introducing artificial intelligence voice navigation,adinga"12121"voice mailbox, and strengthening promotional strategies to improve service quality and meet public needs.
