Abstract： The power grid dispatching management system is the core of power dispatching， supporting software and data-driven decision-making. Accelerating the optimization of the distribution grid dispatching OMS project is crucial for enhancing management efficiency， facilitating enterprise transformation， and serving as a key to high-quality development. Power grid enterprises need to strengthen their OMS management capabilities， keep pace with digital trends， and lay the foundation for the construction of a global energy internet.
