摘要：随着数字化的高速发展，新一代信息技术给水务行业的发展带来了巨大的变革，水务行业与新兴技术正加速融合。污水处理产业作为水务行业的一环，是保护生态环境的重要基础设施，其智慧化转型是智慧城市与智慧生产发展的重要组成部分。发展智慧水务，构建安全实用、智慧高效的水务系统成为必然趋势。

Abstract： With the rapid development of digitalization， the new generation of information technology has brought tremendous changes to the development of the water industry， and the water industry is accelerating its integration with emerging technologies. As a part of the water industry， the sewage treatment industry is an important infrastructure for protecting the ecological environment. Its intelligent transformation is an important component of the development of smart cities and smart production. Developing smart water management and building a safe， practical， intelligent and efficient water management system has become an inevitable trend.
