基于品控管理的电信运营商服务质量提升研究
摘要:该文在阐述电信运营商服务质量管理现状和存在的问题及原因的基础上,对品控管理在电信行业的适用性进行了分析,并据此提出基于品控管理的电信运营商服务质量提升策略。
