数字时代高职院校“三教”改革的价值与路径

摘要：数字经济时代，行业人才岗位胜任力特征巨变，高职院校人才培育面临挑战。国家提出“三教”改革，旨在构建复合型人才队伍、深化职业教育体系、促进产教融合。为深化此改革，助力高职院校高质量发展，该文从“教师、教材、教法”三大层面提出实践路径。

The Value and Path of "Three-Education" Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Digital Era

Abstract： In the digital economy era， the competency characteristics of industry talent positions have undergone significant changes， posing challenges for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. The nation has proposed the "three-education" reform， aiming to build a versatile talent pool， deepen the vocational education system， and promote the integration of industry and education. To deepen this reform and facilitate the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges， this paper proposes practical pathways from the three major aspects of "teachers， textbooks， and teaching methods".
