摘要:数字经济时代,行业人才岗位胜任力特征巨变,高职院校人才培育面临挑战。国家提出“三教”改革,旨在构建复合型人才队伍、深化职业教育体系、促进产教融合。为深化此改革,助力高职院校高质量发展,该文从“教师、教材、教法”三大层面提出实践路径。

The Value and Path of "Three-Education" Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Digital Era

Abstract: In the digital economy era, the competency characteristics of industry talent positions have undergone significant changes, posing challenges for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. The nation has proposed the "three-education" reform, aiming to build a versatile talent pool, deepen the vocational education system, and promote the integration of industry and education. To deepen this reform and facilitate the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes practical pathways from the three major aspects of "teachers, textbooks, and teaching methods".
