Design and Realization of Digital Debugging System Based on Rail Vehicles

Abstract:To solve the current problem of low digital level of the static debugging process forrail vehicles,an improved digital debugging system based on the spring boo + vue frame and able of automated operation and real-time saving of debugging data is proposed on the basis of existing digital debugging tooling and industrial network of workshop.This system hascompleted trial operation in multiple car building factories in China and theresults demonstrate that after introducing the automated operation module, compared to the existingdebugging system,this systemcangreatly increase thedigital level of thedebugging process.It is an important attempt in the digitalreform and innovation of the debugging stage of rail vehicles and a reference for the future development of the static debugging of rail vehicles.

为改变以往使用纸质版调试文件的效率低、追溯难的工作模式,国内各主机厂于2019年起陆续进行了数字化改造,引入调试专用试验台与手持平板代替以往的纸质化文件,初步实现了调试作业的无纸化[]。(剩余6152字)
