Study on Overall Technical Solution for Through Traffic of Railway Wagons for International Combined Transport

Abstract：The“Belt and Road” strategy has brought new opportunities for the development of Chinese railway freight transport. However，the international combined transport faces many challnges due to the limitation of the gauge diference and the disunity of standard systems between China and neighboring countries. At present，the main transportation modes of international through trafic at home and abroad are realized through unification of track gauges，exchange of bogies and use of gauge-changeable bogies. The article studies the main structures and parameters，the operating conditions and the track adaptability of Chinese railway wagons for international combined transport before and after the replacement of equipment， especially the change of gauge，the brake system and the matching of coupling device. It analyzes the problems of railway wagons for international combined transport in bogie，structure of coupling device and brake system and proposes an overall technical solution for Chinese railway wagons for international combined transport based on China’snational conditions.Meanwhile，itanalyzes the key technical dificulties in bogie，brake system and structure of coupling device and proposes the idea of solution and the overalltechnical solution，giving suggestions for undergoing and future potential projects and providing reference for studies on similar projects.

1  研究背景及意义

自2013年“一带一路”战略启动以来，我国铁路货运获得了新的发展机遇，也为我国铁路货车实施“走出去"战略创造了良好条件。（剩余6387字）
