Design ofBuilt-in Axle BoxBogie Based on FlexibleFrame

Abstract:With further emphasis on the life cycle cost in railway operation,various types of bogies with built-in axle box have been developed at homeandabroad to met the market demand and reduce the wheel-rail wear. In some cities of China,the curve radius layout of rail transit lines is limited and only small curve radii canbeused.Inaddition,existing rail lines in some citiesare inpoor conditions,which lead torapid wheel wear,conventional bogies with external axle box notable to meet the requirements of negotiating too small curves and other problems.Based on the above situation,a built-inaxle box bogie based ona flexible frame has been developed.The article introduces the main technical parameters,the composition and the structural characteristics of the bogie,describes the design difficulties of the bogie and proposes a solution. It also analyzesand experimentallyverifies the structural strength and the dynamic properties of the bogie,and the results show that the bogie structure is safe and reliable and meets the design requirements.

经过多年来的引进、消化、吸收、再创新,我国高铁和城市轨道交通车辆的转向架技术得到了高速发展,各主机厂基于自身平台均自主开发了不同类型的轴箱外侧悬挂式转向架,但从转向架技术发展的角度看,随着对轮轨磨耗速率要求越来越低,由此带来的全寿命周期低成本的需求越来越高,轴箱内侧悬挂式转向架,也就是轴箱内置式转向架逐渐成为新一代转向架的设计方向。(剩余6313字)
