Research on Steady-state Output Control of DC/DC Power Supply for Rail Vehicles Based on Parallel Current-sharing

Abstract:With therapid development of globalization and urbanization,the onboard equipment of rail vehicles has very high reliability requirements for onboard DC/DC power supply due to its special application environment. Therefore,the reliability requirements for the key components of rail vehicles have also increased.In the Buck circuit of DC/DC power supply,combined with the corresponding effective control circuit,the output voltage change can be monitored in real time,and the ratio of conduction and off time of PWM controller can be dynamically adjusted in real time through the change of output voltage,so that the DC/ DC output voltage can be stabilized. In order to achieve a steady DC/DC output and improve the reliability, firstly,the parameters of Buck circuit of DC/DC power supply are configured,and the small signal mathematical model of Buck circuit of DC/DC power supply is established by selecting appropriate parameters. On the basis of this model,combined with a new multi-pole and multi-zero voltage outer-loop control strategy, the current sharing control of Buck circuit of DC/DC power supply is carried out,thereby controlling effectively the steady-state outputof power supply.The effectiveness of control method is verified by model simulation,and the reliability of DC/DC power supply is achieved.
