Technical Study on Deposit Box Capable of Intelligent Monitoring of Mobile Derailer

Abstract：The article introduces the functions of the deposit box capable of intelligent monitoring of mobile derailer.The deposit box can make the whole process of taking out，using and deposit of the mobile derailer form an entire closed loop and applies the monitoring transmisson technology to achieve the wholeprocess dynamic and intellgent monitoring of the mobile derailer.The deposit box for mobilederailer is mainly composed of box，communication control deviceand derailer testing unit.Every part is described in detail， especially thecommunication control device whichistheoverall control unit of the deposit box.The development of the deposit box for mobile derailer alows to solve the problem on the freight station track wherethe mobile derailer doesn’tgo back into the box in time after the loading and unloading operation of vehicles，which afects normal vehicle taking and sending operation，and can also reduce the workload of onsite personnel.

脱轨器是一种安装在轨道上起保护作用的附属设备[1-5]，用于保护轨道上的作业人员或者重要的机车车辆的安全，当有机车、车辆进人该轨道时，脱轨器会将机车、车辆强制脱离轨道，以保护正在进行作业的检车员生命安全。（剩余4675字）
