Abstract:With the rapid development of the modern Internet and computer technologies and the big data platforms,the inteligent application has penetrated various fields. Based on wireless communication and Internet + ,the article takes the vehicle-borne wireless communication platform and the ground monitoring data analysis and processing platform as the core to design a TCMS data wireless transmission system for urbanrail transit with technical characteristicssuch as high-frequency real-timeuploading of big data,highsafety transmision bychannel and real-time intelligent diagnosisand analysis offaults.Taking Beijing Metro Line l5 as the application scenario,the countrywide urban rail network monitoring,the online monitoring of key component statefor urban rail vehicles,thedata management,thefault diagnosis and analysis,the health assessment and the application and management of the key sub-component lifetime prediction model have been realized,the vehicle data and the data of the ground inteligent comprehensive testing platform have been colected to achieve the visualization of key component state of vehicle and the intelligent assessment,meet the requirements of building an in-factory data center platform,give suggestions for decision-making on life cycle management and finally meet the needs of different users for maintenance.It's been verified that this system can raise the digitalization level of vehicle operation,improve the capability of train risk prediction,guarantee the safety of vehicle operation,increase the eficiency of maintenance and greatly reduce the costof maintenance.
