Study on the Air Braking Non-release Diagnosis Model for Trains of Shanghai Metro Line 17

Abstract:The braking system intranet data collection module has been installed on the trains of Shanghai Metro Line 17 to realize the collection of CAN network data of the train braking system. Meanwhile, combining the Internet of Vehicles systemof Shanghai metro,the braking data have been remote collected, transmitted and analyzed.The article takes the common non-release fault of air braking in the metro train braking system as the object and studies the response time to braking application and release of the braking system and the numberof actions per kilometerof the solenoid valve in the EP valve.Through the mechanism analysis of the equipment operation principle,thedevelopment sequence of the fault has been judged according to the operation principle,including the analysis of theoretical model,the analysis of logic model,etc.,and finallythe braking non-release diagnosis model has beenbuilt up.Inaddition,the actualoperation data on the response time to braking application and release and the number of actions of the solenoid valve have been analyzed to demonstrate the efectivenessof the braking non-release model and achieve the early warning of this type of potential fault,thus providing a feasible solution for reducing the frequency of occurrence of the braking non-release fault and improving the reliability of the core components of the train braking system.
