Study on Immersive Multi-scenario Passenger Service Interaction Technology

Abstract: The article studies the new generation of passenger information system (PIS) technology for metro trains based on AI,digitalization and multiple scenarios,designs the new generation of PIS in edge cloud architecture,describes indetail thecomposition of the edge cloudarchitecture of this system and themultiscenario passenger service application technology based on the edge cloud architecture and expounds in detail the technical solution from the aspects of smart screen display,video analysis application,loop hearing aid and environmental perception. The new generation of PIS for metro trains has been upgraded froma single processor to a cloud processor,greatly improving the computing power and reliability of the system and facilitating the expansion of its new functions.It also provides hardware support for the smart large screen displayand the intelligent video analysis,and helps the PIS of train provide high-quality passenger services. It adopts humanized design and improves the passengers’travel experience by applying the hearing aid technology and the environmental perception technology.
