Analysis and Study of Movement Interference of Brake Hoses of Metro Car

Abstract:The air and oil circuits at the movable end of metro car are usuallyconnected by hoses.After installation,the middle rubber part of the hose is ina fre movement state and there are many devices around thehose.In service,the hose may easily interfere with the surrounding devices,whichcan lead to its wear with time.Once the fiber textile layer on the surfaceof the hose is worn out,itwillcause airleak and affect the running safety[1l. During 3D design and on-site installation of the hoses,the hoses are allin idle state,so it's imposible to predict their subsequent deformation and bending conditions[2]and the length of the hoses can't be determined according to the actual situation but only relying on experience.Therefore,simulating the movement state of the hoses in the current solution before mounted on car is very helpful for the service life and the running safety of the hoses,which is the most pressing issue to be addressed at present.The article starts from the design of the length of hose,and after determining the length,the 3D software is used to simulate the limit position and the hose movement simulation tooling is used to simulate and demonstrate the actual movement of the hose so as to propose the position limits for the surrounding devices and avoid the interference of the hose in service,which is a breakthrough to the empirical design.
