Principle and Application of Transformation into Storage Battery Traction of Trains for Shenzhen Metro Line 3

Abstract:The trains for Shenzhen Metro Line3 isoriginally pulled into and out of depotin theslide wire power supply mode.The powerof train is supplied by the slide wire in the depot and by the third rail on the main line.As the powersupply mode of the train in the depot and on the main line are diffrent,a trackside operator is necessary to connect,disconnect and operate the slide wire plug and converse the power supply modeof the knife switchin the train mode switch box when the train is puled into and outof the depot in order to meet the requirement of conversion to the third rail power supplyon the main line and to the slide wire power supply in the depot.This modeof pulling the train into and out of depot by manual operation of the train power supply mode switch box not only costs a lot of time,but also brings the risk of high voltage electric shock to the operator.To reduce the risk and the duration of puling the metro train into and out of depot,it is studied to adopt the storage battery boosting power supply of metro train to meet the requirement of puling into and out of depot when there is no power supply by the external contact rail (catenary),and upgrade the train traction system to prevent the risk of electric shock to the trackside operator caused by the active current receiver of the train in the storage battery traction mode.

深圳地铁3号线列车原为滑触线供电模式引车出 入库,列车在库内为滑触线供电,待列车驶入接触轨区域后,滑触线操作员需拆卸滑触线插头,并对列车供电模式进行转换,列车升靴后依靠接触轨供电进行出入库。(剩余5080字)
