Suggestion on Improvement of Service Braking Command Transmission Reliability of Main Control Handle of CR30oBF/CR40oBF EMUs

Abstract:During the normal operation of EMU,the driverapplies the service braking with the main control handle toadjustthe speedand stop thetrain.Thearticlesystematicallintroduces thecontrol principle of service braking,the transmisson process of service braking command and the diagnosis logic and causes of service braking command failures of CR30oBF/CR400BF EMUs. By considering the two recent typical failures,it also gives the suggestion on improvement of the service braking command transmission reliability of the main control handle,providing a reference for the optimization design of the service braking command transmission of CR300BF/CR400BF EMUs.

2022年2月,中国铁路西安局集团有限公司配属的CR300BF型动车组运行中HMI屏报“TBM接收到的手柄指令相差2级及以上”,诊断代码5236,司机施加紧急制动EB停车后故障自动消除,入所检查确定故障原因为1车 28-k44 继电器常开辅助触点(23/24,用于反馈继电器吸合状态,对应CR400BF型动车组的33/34常开辅助触点)导通异常;同期,配属的CR400BF型动车组在济南西站进站调速过程中,司机施加B2级制动时亦报出5236故障,追加B4级制动,列车降速不明显,动车组常用制动失效,ATP触发B4级防护制动,司机施加紧急制动EB停车,入所检查确认故障原因为1车28k34故障,常开辅助触点(13/14,向主控头车BCU反馈动车组制动状态)导通异常。(剩余5986字)
