Abstract

Foodsafetyiscrucial tonational economyand people's livelihood.In response tothe problemsof scattered data，lagging early warning，and incomplete indexsystems in China's food safety supervision，this study takesswarm inteligence theoryas the core，integrates multi-source heterogeneousdata，and constructsa foodsafety indexsystemcovering food supply，consumptionsafety，and publicopinionmonitoring.Through distributedstorage，elasticresourceexpansion，andswarminteligenceaggregationtechnologyitsolvesthe problems of processing massive dataand real-timeearly warning.The study proposes an indexcalculation method based on the Laspeyres algorithm，establishes a dynamic weight adjustment mechanism，and develops a cloud service system supported bya privacy computing platform.The research shows that this system significantly improves the accuracy offood safety risk perception and supervision effciency，providing theoreticalsupportand technical paths for building a digital and inteligent food safety governance system.
