Abstract

Foodsafetyiscrucial tonational economyand people's livelihood.In response tothe problemsof scattered data,lagging early warning,and incomplete indexsystems in China's food safety supervision,this study takesswarm inteligence theoryas the core,integrates multi-source heterogeneousdata,and constructsa foodsafety indexsystemcovering food supply,consumptionsafety,and publicopinionmonitoring.Through distributedstorage,elasticresourceexpansion,andswarminteligenceaggregationtechnologyitsolvesthe problems of processing massive dataand real-timeearly warning.The study proposes an indexcalculation method based on the Laspeyres algorithm,establishes a dynamic weight adjustment mechanism,and develops a cloud service system supported bya privacy computing platform.The research shows that this system significantly improves the accuracy offood safety risk perception and supervision effciency,providing theoreticalsupportand technical paths for building a digital and inteligent food safety governance system.
