Reflection on and Correction of Pan-Entertainment in Teaching “ Basic Tenets of Marxism”

Abstract：“Basic Tenets of Marxism” is a highly theoretical course characterized by a considerable level of abstraction and speculation，with a rigorous theoretical framework. It lies at the core of multiple ideological-political courses in universities.However，a trend of pan-entertainment has emerged in its teaching，primarily manifested in the superficial treatment of content， the vulgarization of teaching forms，and the overuse of internet slang.This phenomenon has deviated from the requirement to“elucidate the truth in depth，comprehensively，and vividly”. The spirit of educators points the way for the course's return to its fundamental values and for instructors’self-vigilance.To ensure the spirit of educators takes root，it is crucial to build a firewall against pan-entertainment through noble teacher ethics， balance the“interest”and“ideological depth”of the classroom with professional competence，and foster a systematic educational synergy.
