Abstract： General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the vital role of educators in developing talented teams in his letter to representatives of outstanding teachers across the country，and provided deep insights into the spirit of educators，advocating an approach that enlightens and nurtures students’minds while teaching them according to their aptitudes.As a key pilar of educational development，university teachers’educational wisdom significantly influences student growth and development. This wisdom includes knowledge， pedagogy，emotional intelligence，professional development， and moral integrity. Teachers can enhance their educational wisdom by engaging in continuous learning， practice，and reflection.
