Logical Mechanisms and Suggestions for Data Factors Empowering Digital Trade Development

Abstract： The rapid expansion of the digital economy and technological advancements position data as a critical production factor，propelling digital trade toward high-quality development. The deep integration of data factors into production，circulation，consumption，and distribution reshapes productive forces and production relations，facilitating the restructuring of value chains and industrial chains.Data factors enable the digital transformation of traditional physical trade，foster the intelligent evolution of digital trade circulation systems，and reshape the landscape for value distribution within digital trade. By thoroughly stimulating the vitalityof digital trade，data factors furtheramplify itsoverallscale.Therefore，to fully leverage the empowering role of data factors in digital trade，it is essential to strengthen the foundation of digital infrastructure，improve the governance system for data factors， and engage with international rules governing cross-border data flows.
