Ding Mingliang Liu Hongwei ChangjiangPolytechnic College,Wuhan 43o074,China Abstract:TheInternetofVehicles(IoV)technologyprovidesreal-timedatasupportandintellgentdecision-makingcapabilis foroptimizingchargingroutesofnewenergyvehicles.Basedontheoperationalcharacteristicsofspecializedvehicles,acomprehensive frameworisestablishedinvolvingdataacqustionandprocessingmechanisms,dynamicouteplanngalgoriths,andchargingpile selectionstrategies,achievingimprovementsinchargingeficiencyandcostcontrol.Inurbansimulationenvironments,ratioal rhythmsareoptimizedthroughshedulingsystems,enhancingadaptabilityacrossmultiplescenaris.Thisoptimizationappoachnotonlyimprovesecoomicandoloicalecencyutalsooersefectiesupportforthintellientdevelopmentofurbnchgingfrastructure and transportation energy systems.
